Consular section reception hours: Monday–Friday 2.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.

No appointment is needed if you are submitting documents for:

Issuance of repatriation certificates (emergency travel documents);
Processing documents for the registration of marriages, births, deaths in the Republic of Lithuania;
Issuance of consular certificates, etc.;
Issuance of extracts from birth, marriage, death;
Submitting documents for a name change in Lithuania.

Advanced appointment (e-Registration) is required for:

Processing documents for the replacement and issuance of Lithuanian passports and/or ID cards;
Performing notarial acts;
Submitting citizenship documents;
Submitting documents for legalisation.
