How and where to apply
You can contact the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the United Kingdom in the following ways:

Submitting Requests and Complaints
Requests and complaints from individuals are reviewed and processed in accordance with:
- Republic of Lithuania Law on Public Administration.
- Rules for Handling Requests and Complaints in Public Administration Institutions.
- Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Right to Obtain Information from State and Municipal Institutions and Agencies.
A written request or complaint must be in Lithuanian language or submitted with a translation into Lithuanian language. It must be legible and signed. The request or complaint must include:
- individual’s full name (if submitted by a private person) or the institution’s name (if submitted on behalf of a legal entity);
- address or other contact details;
- preferred method of receiving a response.
Requests submitted via electronic means must be in a digitally signed copy format or signed with a qualified electronic signature.
