Submitting Requests and Complaints

Requests and complaints from individuals are reviewed and processed in accordance with:

A written request or complaint must be in Lithuanian language or submitted with a translation into Lithuanian language. It must be legible and signed. The request or complaint must include:

  • individual’s full name (if submitted by a private person) or the institution’s name (if submitted on behalf of a legal entity);
  • address or other contact details;
  • preferred method of receiving a response.

Requests submitted via electronic means must be in a digitally signed copy format or signed with a qualified electronic signature.
