Embassy business hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Friday 9.00 a.m. - 4.45 p.m.
Lunch break 1.00 p.m. - 1.45 p.m.
Reception hours of the Consular/Visa Section:
  • Passports/ID cards (issuance or renewal): Monday–Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00, Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 (entrance – J. Islip St., glass doors, 1st floor)
  • Issuance of the European Union Emergency Travel Document (EU-ETD): Monday–Friday from 11:00 to 13:30 (entrance – J. Islip St., glass doors, 1st floor)
  • Other consular services: Monday–Thurdsay from 14:00 to 16:00, Friday from 13.30 to 15.00 (entrance – J. Islip St., down the stairs at the corner of the embassy, ground floor)
  • Notarial services: Tuesday–Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 (entrance – J. Islip St., down the stairs at the corner of the embassy, ground floor)
  • Citizenship matters: Monday–Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 (entrance – J. Islip St., glass doors, 1st floor)
  • Legalization of foreign documents: Monday–Friday from 11:00 to 11:15 (entrance – J. Islip St., glass doors, 1st floor)

Applications for a visa are accepted at the Visa Centers in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Cardiff: https://www.vfsglobal.com/Lithuania/UK/

At the Embassy visa appointments are made only by prior arrangement via email: consul.uk@mfa.lt
