Young entrepreneurs invited to launch start-ups in Lithuania
On February 25, 2014 the Lithuanian Embassy in London in cooperation with the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (Lithuania) and Lithuanian City of London Club held a round-table discussion on the requirements and advantages in acquiring EU funds to finance startup initiation phases in Lithuania.
More than 30 young scholars and entrepreneurs who lack funds to finance initial start-up cost were provided with the guidelines on how to make the best use of their original ideas. “I am very happy that an increasing number of young people consider opening new businesses in Lithuania. Once you have a start-up idea, I encourage you to apply for the funding available”, the Lithuanian Ambassador Asta Skaisgirytė Liauškienė noted.
