Poland, Lithuania and the UK – the same or different? An evening reception with two Chambers
The British Polish Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce in the UK, have come together to bring you an evening to meet new business people and to hear from Lars Christensen, Chief Analyst and Head of Emerging Markets Research in Danske Markets, Danske Bank/Northern Bank.
Lars is the author of the book “Milton Friedman – en pragmatisk revolutionær” (“Milton Friedman – a pragmatic revolutionary”) published in 2002. He is widely quoted by most international financial media – Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, Dow Jones Newswire etc.In 2006 Lars co-authored the paper “Geyser crisis” that forecast the Icelandic financial and economic collapse.
His presentation at this event promises to be enlightening as we look beyond the UK election result at the way the economies of these three countries are shaping up in 2010.
There will also be plenty of time to network with members of both Chambers and to enjoy the business card draw – the first prize we can announce is an dinner for two courtesy of the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel.
