Memorial service for Ms. Jolanta Blėdaitė in Scotland

The Roman Catholic mass, conducted by the Reverend Kevin Golden, priest of St Thomas RC church, was held in Scotland on the beech of Arbroath on Saturday, 19th of April. The number of local people along with lithuanian community attended the memorial service.

Mr Usackas said: "I wanted to attend to extend my warmest thanks on behalf of deseased Jolanta‘s relatives and all the people of Lithuania for the sympathy and moral and financial support received. It is hard to imagine how such a thing could have happened in this wonderful place.“

The people of Lithuania and the UK are joined in their condemnation of this violence and their thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim.
