Lithuanian start-ups thrive in London
The Lithuanian start-ups have come to London to participate at the prestigious TechCrunch Disrupt Conference.
One of the most anticipated innovation events runs 21-22 October at Old Billingsgate and aims at bringing the best entrepreneurs and investors for in-depth interviews, panels and product demos.
It is hardly surprising to see the Lithuanian Pavilion at TechCrunch Disrupt - in recent years the Baltic country has put a big emphasis on promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation.
„There is an increasing number of young Lithuanian entrepreneurs who are capable of bringing their groundbreaking ideas to the World‘s leading exhibitions like TechCrunch Disrupt. This tells a lot about our country’s entrepreneurial potential and should send an encouraging signal to prospective foreign investors“, the Lithuanian Ambassador Asta Skaisgirytė Liauškienė noted.
The Lithuanian Pavilion at TechCrunch includes start-ups ranging from user friendly Drag and Drop bookmarking to the concept of global B2B pharmaceuticals marketplace.
