FREE LITHUANIAN TASTER CLASSES IN LONDON
To mark Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union the European Union the European Commission Representation in the UK is organising two separate Lithuanian taster classes at Europe House on Thursday 5 September and Thursday 12 September. The classes will take place from 6pm to 8pm and will be taught by Brigita Seguis, who teaches Lithuanian evening classes at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University College London. No prior knowledge of Lithuanian is needed as the classes are intended to give participants an introduction to the language.
The classes are free but in order to allow participants to make the most of the opportunity, each class will be limited to only 20 persons. To register for one of the classes, please send an e-mail to agnieszka.piela@ext.ec.europa.eu putting "Lithuanian taster class 5 September" or "Lithuanian taster class 12 September" in the subject field, depending on which date you would prefer to attend. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but please register only if you intend to come to the class.
