Fashion Designer Liucija Kvašytė takes part at International Fashion Showcase in London
For the first time Lithuania has a representative at the International Fashion Showcase 2015. Emerging Lithuanian fashion designer Liucija Kvašytė will presend her collection “Journey 1983 – 2013”. The exhibition will take place at Brewer Street Car Park, Brewer Street, London W1F 0LA. Visiting times: 20-24 February 2015, open 10am-6pm daily. Free admission.
Liucija Kvašytė: "It is a great pleasure and honor to represent Lithuania in this context. I believe that the Lithuanian fashion is an area that will surprise and enslave all. London audience is amazing, what I realized by participating in the London Design Week, so I expect a positive reaction and cooperation."
The International Fashion Showcase (IFS) is a festival of emerging designers organised by the British Council and the British Fashion Council during London Fashion Week. The event is coordinated in collaboration with London embassies and cultural institutes to showcase their countries’ most exciting designers in an exhibition that reflects their nations’ contemporary culture.
