Dr Arūnas Gelūnas at the Lithuanian Embassy in London

The London Santara-Šviesa Club is pleased to invite you to meet Dr Arūnas Gelūnas, a Lithuanian artist, philosopher and Lithuania's Ambassador to UNESCO on Friday, 21 November 2014 at 7:00 pm. Dr Gelūnas will be giving a talk the title of which is 'When Guns Talk, do the Muses Fall Silent? The Strength and the Weakness of Cultural Diplomacy', followed by a Q&A.

This English-language event will take place at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania, Lithuania House, 2 Bessborough Gardens, Westminster, London SW1V 2JE. The closest tube is Pimlico.

The event is free but those wishing to attend are required to register by writing to santarieciaiuk@gmail.com.
