CONCERT BY JELENA MAKAROVA (PIANO) AT THE FORGE
You are cordially invited to Jelena Makarova’s concert where she will perform a varied and exciting programme: Schubert's Piano Sonata in A-Minor D537, Kurtag’s Jatekok and the Lithuanian romantic composer Balys Dvarionas's Winter Sketches. Jelena is especially excited to present this latter work – Lithuania has an exceptional place in her repertoire, as Jelena has lived in Lithuania for most of her life. Tea and coffee will be available in the glazed courtyard 10:30-11:00am. The concert runs from 11amto 12pm with no interval.
