Ambassador R. Norkus presents his credentials to the Omani MFA

On June 25th, 2018 the Lithuanian Ambassador Renatas Norkus presented his Letter of Credence to the Omani MFA.
The diplomat’s visit to Muscat provided a good opportunity to further facilitate bilateral Lithuania-Oman cooperation in the fields of High tech, food industry, tourism, culture, education and healthcare. During the first day of his visit Ambassador Norkus also met with HE Dr Abdulmunim bin Mansour bin Said al Hasani, the Minister of Information of the Sultanate of Oman, and the representatives of the Omani Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Lithuania and the Sultanate of Oman established diplomatic relations in 1992.
