Ambassador pays a visit Cardiff
22 April 2016. Ambassador Asta Skaisgirytė has concluded her working visit to Cardiff, Wales. During her visit the diplomat met with Lord Mayor David Walker, also held meetings with the representatives of the Welsh government responsible for European & External Affairs and trade & investment. The visit to the Welsh capital also included a public talk on European security challenges delivered at the University of Cardiff.
“We aim to facilitate the Lithuania-Wales cooperation, especially in Life and Maritime sciences. We are expecting strong Welsh participation in Life Science Baltics event in Vilnius later this year”, the Lithuanian Ambassador noted.
