A Poetry Review Supplement Introduces Contemporary Lithuanian Poets

The spring issue of Poetry Review (Volume 98:10 Spring 2008), The Green Issue, came out together with the a supplement Contemporary Lithuanian Poets, published in association with the Lithuanian Writers’ Union. This most extensive contemporary Lithuanian poetry overview to date, published in UK, presents 10 poets of various generations – Tomas Venclova, Sigitas Parulskis, Kornelijus Platelis, Marcelijus Martinaitis, Antanas A. Jonynas, Eugenijus Ališanka, Vytautas Bložė, Daiva Čepauskaitė, Donatas Petrošius, Donaldas Kajokas – translated by Ellen Hinsey, Liz O‘Donaghue, Jonas Zdanys, Laima Sruoginis and Jayde Will. 

Poetry Review is a world class publication and Britain’s longest-running and most prestigious poetry magazine.
