Temporary Service Point for Personal Identity Document Issuance and Exchange in Boston (UK) Added 2024-10-04 On November 8-9, 2024, VFS Global, the external service provider (ESP) selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, will be accepting citizens of Lithuania for the exchange and issuance of personal identity documents. This service will be available at a temporary location at 4 Fountain Place, Boston, PE21 6BF, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
